Alireza Nikjou has been Managing Director / CEO of Experiton since May 2018 and is responsible for marketing and sales. He is an experienced industry expert, since 1998 he has management and sales experience from executive positions. Prior to joining Experiton, he was with LMP GmbH for several years as a partner and managing director. The company is a Germany-wide leading promotion agency as a personnel service provider based in Hamburg.
During his term as managing director, LMP GmbH employed over 40 permanent employees and more than 600 freelancers in Media Markt, Saturn and MEDIMAX department stores all over Germany. Customers of LMP GmbH were among others Kabel Germany, Mannesmann Arcor AG & Co. KG, HanseNet Telecommunications GmbH, NKL Northwest German Class Lottery.
In 2012 he founded Freeler GmbH as a partner and managing director. Furthermore, he is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in the honorary office of the founding committee.
After completing his bachelor's degree in Technology, Electronics and Communications at the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra in 1999, he continued his education as a software developer, earning a Master of Scrum degree. Atin Kapoor has since become a seasoned IT industry expert with a wealth of management and sales experience from senior executives, shareholders and senior executives. In 2005, he founded his IT company, which currently employs more than 70 IT professionals.
He has gained international experience in his career and has built up a global network of IT professionals. Atin Kapoor's clients included moebel.de Einrichten & Wohnen AG, Fashion Marketplace GmbH, Kabs digital GmbH, The Dermatology Institute of Victoria and Freeler GmbH.
In May 2018 he founded Experiton and, as Managing Director / CEO, is responsible for the IT department in Hamburg and his native India.
